"I have two beautiful children but after my last pregnancy 15 years ago I went on a diet and lost my weight, however, I was left with a 'flabby tummy' and awful stretch marks - I hated to even look at myself in a long mirror! A friend recommended me to go see Mrs Kat so plucking up the courage I went for my consultation.  Mrs Kat explained in great detail the operation - I booked the op! "I decided 10 years ago after the birth of my fourth child that I was unhappy with the look of my stomach.  After a lot of soul searching 'am I just being vain' I decided to start looking for a reputable surgeon.  Luckily for me I work in a GP surgery and had heard many good reports about Mrs Kat. I decided that surgery was the right option for me so I arranged a consultation with Mrs Kat.  I was quite nervous but was quickly put at ease by Mrs Kat who listened to my insecurities regarding my stomach.  I had an examination of my stomach area and was told on what could be achieved with surgery and what to expect if I decided to go ahead and she also explained some of the complications.  One month later I had booked my operation for 3rd June 09.  The operation itself went well.  The next morning I remember Mrs Kat's words from my consultation 'you will feel like you have been hit by a bus', those words are very true.  Once my pain relief was adjusted to my needs I began to feel a lot more comfortable but have to say day one is the hardest.  By the end of the first week I was much improved and started doing light household duties (having four children, you have to carry on).  By the end of the second week I had stopped needing painkillers and had returned to work and started driving again.  In my experience the operation is a big one and no one can deny that it is quite painful but in my opinion the experience and the results far outweigh those first few days.  I am so happy with the results, I wish I hadn't waited so long!  Mrs Kat and her team are fantastic, your needs are met with confidence and skill and I would recommend Mrs Kat to anyone thinking of having this type of surgery.  Three months on I have just had my review with Mrs Kat.  We are both delighted with the results.  I have no complications whatsoever.  I have returned to all my normal duties before my operation.  I have even returned to my exercise class.  I'm now looking forward to wearing my bikini on my holidays next month for the first time in 14 years."
