Reconstruction Advisor

Bethan, a Consultant Nurse, has been working in nursing for more than 20 years and moved into specialist breast care in 2000. Her achievements include the Nurse of the Year Award(1993), Bupa Idea of the Year Award in 2003 for her ‘Breast Care Shower Guide' and 2004 for her ‘Testicular Examination Shower Guide'. Among numerous qualifications she holds diplomas in prosthesis fitting (breast care) and cancer nursing, and has extensive counselling skills. She is an invaluable support for patients having breast reconstruction surgery both before and after the procedure.
