Q. To whom do I make payment for surgery?
A. Payment is to the hospital where you undergo your surgery. The hospital will write to you confirming the costs and will inform you of how and when to make payment. Payment a week before surgery is preferred and this can be in the form of a cheque, credit card or cash. This does not include the fee for your consultation.
